7. Use of the AI assistant
On our website, we offer an optional AI assistant to support visitors with questions about our services.
- The AI assistant is provided by an external processor
- Everything you enter in the chat is processed to answer your question
- Chat conversations are not used to train or improve AI models
- Chat conversations are stored in accordance with agreements with this processor
- Data may be processed outside the European Union based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- We advise you not to share sensitive or confidential personal data via the AI assistant
- Use of the AI assistant is entirely voluntary
8. Sharing personal data with third parties
We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with legal obligations.
For providing our software services, we share data with our software provider, who acts as a processor on behalf of OGSM Leaders B.V. This concerns names, email addresses, and organization names of users. This data is automatically deleted after termination of the (trial) subscription.
We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors.
9. Retention periods
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact details: deleted upon request
- Newsletter data: retained until unsubscription (except for data on a suppression list to prevent re-registration)
- Analytics data: maximum of 14 months
- Customer data: deleted after termination of the (trial) subscription
10. Security of personal data
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. This includes, among other things, secure connections (SSL), access restrictions, and working with reliable, certified processors.
